На кратка церемония в Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater в Бевърли Хилс, Дж. Дж. Ейбрамс, Алфонсо Куарон, Крис Пайн и президентът на Американската академия за киноизкуство и наука обявиха номинациите за 78-те награди „Оскар”.
Като всички останали хора на планетата, и ние имаме свое собствено мнение за това кой е най-добрият филм на годината и кой заслужава „Оскар” или не и – каква изненада – смятаме, че то е доста по-меродавно от това на „изветрелите старци” от Академията.
В този ред на мисли, и тази година имаме няколко разочарования. Първо, от липсата нa „Foxcatcher” сред най-добрите филми (добре, че поне има за режисура), второ, от липсата на страхотния „LEGO: Филмът” сред номинираните анимационни филми, и трето, от липсата на Джейк Джиленхол сред избраниците за най-добра мъжка роля. Момчето направи феноменално изпълнение в „Лешояда” и направо е престъпление, че не беше оценен от Академията. Убедени сме, че Брадли Купър не се справя по-добре от него. Явно Джиленхол ще е новият Дикаприо – него поне го номинират чат-пат от кумова срама.
Имаме и още недоволства, но тях ще ги оставим за по-натам – не ни се иска само да мрънкаме. Затова, ето и няколко неща, които ни зарадваха: номинациите на Пол Томас Андерсън за сценарий, на Розамунд Пайк за най-добра женска роля и на Стив Карел за главна мъжка роля, както и отсъствието на Дженифър Анистън. Малко ненужна злоба тук, но щеше да е срамота която и да е от оценените актриси да беше пренебрегната за нейна сметка.
