My teacher’s profile in development
My ethical principles:
Respect children’s dignity and rights; I also respect my own professional dignity and rights; I am tolerant and discrete in my professional behavior. I am rigorous towards children’s potential and behavior. I manage a high standard of my competence. I have a clear understanding of my professional space and not invading others’, including taking over their responsibilities. I can guarantee I do not cause any harm and I educate children to the laws and other order acts in the country. I work with fairness and loyalty.

My personal profile:
I believe I am able to very well practice scientific and theoretical knowledge to the proper activities as a teacher. I can, without any difficulty do and deal with unusual/mundane/non-routine tasks as well as I can with the usual ones. I can take professional risks on the regular. The perspective for my professional progress can be seen as the current management of a sustainable, yet dynamic functioning of my achieved competences; in the constant improvement of my various personal pedagogical techniques, working mainly at this point for the development of my own children; in the development of self-reflexive competences for sharing my good practices and the implementation of the innovations I make; to support my colleagues in my pedagogical team, to develop competences for networking. In practice, the perspective is to progress with my competences and to exercise my work with ease and pleasure and from them on to enjoy the whole experience.
