I would like to propose to you a little chart in order to explain the different types of Psychologists.
Are you left or right-brained
In this episode, we’re singling out the two halves that make up the whole brain, to discover how the two sides operate, what they really control, and whether or not one side of your brain dominates the other.
4 signs of an unhealthy relationship
- No Communication – This is very common problem, and can definitely create an unstable relationships. You need communication so you can build and maintain your relationship with one another. The only way to overcome this is by facing it head on and learning how to communicate better. Sure there might be some resistance, but keep making attempts. It will help you communicate better no matter what the partner is doing.
- Taken One Another for Granted – When someone feels like they’ve been taken for granted the relationship can crumble fast. It’s one of the major signs in unhealthy relationships, and you just have to face it head on like everything else. Don’t be afraid to discuss your feelings, taking the time to show your partner you care is extremely important. Just tell them what would make you feel more valued, because it can make a big difference.
- Lack of Intimacy – Everyone knows this is a major part of being in a healthy, loving relationship with your partner. We’re not talking about sex as much as understanding how crucial those intimate moments are to your relationship. Sometimes you have to work hard to keep that flame lit, so take the time to do something creative. Your efforts will help you overcome romance and passion issues in the relationship, remember that even the smallest gestures can go a long way.
- No Support in Personal Development – Weak relationships can be provoked by partners that are not supporting each other in every way possible. Feeling like you’re prevented from being interested in your hobbies, skills, or talents can create problems in the relationship. The only way to rectify the situation is by learning how to support each other as a couple as well as individually. If she loves to sing and you love to paint, then allow time for each other to do what they love. There may be deeper issues effecting your relationship that require help.
Realizing that our actions, feelings and behaviour are the result of our own images and beliefs gives us the level that psychology has always needed for changing personality.

The purpose of psychology is to give us a completely different idea of the things we know best.Paul Valery
Psychology, unlike chemistry, unlike algebra, unlike literature, is an owner’s manual for your own mind. It’s a guide to life. What could be more important than grounding young people in the scientific information that they need to live happy, healthy, productive lives? To have good relationships?
Daniel Goldstein
Phobias
New places, high bridges, old elevators may make all of us a bit uneasy or even frightened. We might try to avoid things that make us uncomfortable, but most people generally manage to control their fears and carry out daily activities without incident.
But people with specific phobias, or strong irrational fear reactions, work hard to avoid common places, situations, or objects even though they know there’s no threat or danger. The fear may not make any sense, but they feel powerless to stop it.
People who experience these seemingly excessive and unreasonable fears in the presence of or in anticipation of a specific object, place, or situation have a specific phobia.
Having phobias can disrupt daily routines, limit work efficiency, reduce self-esteem, and place a strain on relationships because people will do whatever they can to avoid the uncomfortable and often-terrifying feelings of phobic anxiety.
While some phobias develop in childhood, most seem to arise unexpectedly, usually during adolescence or early adulthood. Their onset is usually sudden, and they may occur in situations that previously did not cause any discomfort or anxiety.
Specific phobias commonly focus on animals, insects, germs, heights, thunder, driving, public transportation, flying, dental or medical procedures, and elevators.
Although people with phobias realize that their fear is irrational, even thinking about it can often cause extreme anxiety.
